In the event of damage, destruction, seizure, or theft of the vehicle, or if the vehicle is involved in a traffic accident, you are obliged to immediately notify the Call Center and report the incident to the police.

If a traffic accident occurs, we activate our Avant2Go logistics team, which arrives at the scene of the accident as soon as possible and, if necessary, helps you fill out the report.
