Postopek rezervacije .GO Rent vozila

Vehicle reservation can be made at the selected .GO Rent location, at least 24 hours before picking up the vehicle. The vehicle models listed below are available, and they can be picked up at the .GO Rent locations listed below. Once you complete the vehicle reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation containing all the details of your rental.

The vehicle must be picked up at the selected rental start time and returned at the selected rental end time (similar to a traditional rent-a-car). If the vehicle is returned late, an additional rental day will be charged according to the price list.

For vehicle models with an internal combustion engine, the fuel policy is “full-to-full”, meaning the vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel it had upon pick-up. The daily mileage limit is 200 kilometres. Every additional kilometre beyond the limit will be charged at the extra kilometre rate stated in the price list.

To pick up the vehicle, it is not necessary to visit a branch office — the vehicle will be waiting for you in the parking spaces at the Avant2Go locations listed below. The entire rental process (starting, unlocking, locking, ending) is carried out simply through the app, in a similar way to the car-sharing service. Please also note that a user may have only one vehicle actively rented at a time (either through car-sharing or .GO Rent).

Vehicle pick-up and return are possible at the locations that are displayed in the app under the .GO Rent service at any given time.

Odprite Avant2Go aplikacijo, kjer se vam v desnem spodnjem kotu pojavi gumb ».GO Rent«

Odpre se vam novo okno, kjer izberete parametre vašega najema (lokacijo, datum in uro prevzema ter vračila vozila).

Ko uspešno vnesete vse parametre, pritisnete gumb »SEARCH« in pojavijo se vam vsa razpoložljiva vozila v želenem obdobju najema.

Ko izberete želeno vozilo, nadaljujete na korak izbire plačilne metode in plačila.

Ko uspešno izberete metodo plačila in pritisnete gumb »RESERVE & PAY« ter v predpostavki, da je bilo plačilo uspešno izvedeno, se vam v Avant2Go aplikaciji pojavi potrdilo vaše rezervacije in s tem ste tudi uspešno zaključili postopek.

Ob izbrani uri prevzema vozila se vam v aplikaciji ponudi možnost »OPEN RESERVATION«. Izberete ta gumb, ki vas vodi v naslednji korak -> najem vozila. Tu se vam prikaže registrska številka rezerviranega vozila in pritisnete gumb »Start rental«

Do uporabe vozila vas loči še izbira čistoče zunanjosti in odklep vozila. Vozilo odklenete po že znanem postopku, preko drsnika.

Ob izbrani uri zaključka najema, vozilo vrnete na predhodno izbrano lokacijo, ga preko drsnika zaklenete, pritisnete gumb »End rental«, izpolnite seznam stanja vozila in koncu še potrdite zaključek najema s pritiskom na gumb »Confirm and end rental«.
