Peugeot e-208
Vehicle description
The Peugeot e-208 has a 50 kWh lithium-ion battery that enables a range of over 300 kilometers. The e-208 is the same as the gasoline version and boasts excellent ergonomics and a pleasing design typical of the last generation of Peugeot vehicles. The version in our fleet is additionally distinguished by 3D iCockpit well-adjustable seats with excellent grip.
It's very bouncy with modest exterior dimensions and decent interior space, perfect for zipping around city streets and easy city parking.
Due to its low position on the road and the battery in the bottom of the vehicle, it behaves very well even on winding country roads, where its range is significantly increased.

Starting the Vehicle
To start the vehicle, press the brake pedal and hold the START/STOP button for a few seconds until you hear an audible warning (a beep).
Adjusting the Steering Wheel and Mirrors
The steering wheel can be adjusted in both height and reach. To do this, push down on the lever located at the lower part of the steering column.
To adjust the mirrors, use the arrow button on the driver's door. To adjust the left mirror, first move the button under the arrows to the left and then press the arrows to position the left mirror. The same process applies to the right mirror.
Changing Gears
All our vehicles are equipped with an automatic transmission. To change gears, simply press the brake pedal and move the gear lever (R, N, or D) to the desired position. For P and B gears, press the appropriate button next to the gear lever:
- P (Park): Used when parking, starting, or stopping the vehicle.
- R (Reverse): Used for reversing.
- N (Neutral): Idle mode, useful in situations like a car wash.
- B (Recuperation): Increases the strength of regenerative braking. When you release the accelerator pedal, the vehicle brakes more firmly while restoring more energy back to the battery.
- D (Drive): Used to drive forward
Driving Modes
The center console features a DRIVE MODE button, which you can operate by pressing either the upper or lower part of the button. The selected driving mode will be displayed on the dashboard.
The Peugeot e-208 offers three driving modes:
- ECO Mode: Reduces battery consumption by limiting acceleration power and the vehicle's top speed to 110 km/h.
- NORMAL Mode: Standard driving mode.
- SPORT Mode: Enhances vehicle responsiveness to acceleration but increases energy consumption.
Speed Limiter and Adaptive Cruise Control
Speed limiter prevents you from exceeding a set speed, such as 50 km/h in urban areas.
Cruise control allows you to maintain a constant driving speed, for example, 120 km/h on the motorway.
You can find the adjustment lever for the speed limiter and cruise control behind the lower left part of the steering wheel.
To switch between the speed limiter and cruise control, simply turn the wheel on the right side of the lever.
You can adjust the set speed limit by pressing the buttons on the back of the lever (+ and -) to increase or decrease the limit by ± 1 km/h.
To pause and reactivate the speed limiter and cruise control, press the button located at the end of the lever.
Charging
To charge the vehicle, retrieve the appropriate charging cable from the trunk. Open the vehicle's charging socket flap by pressing it gently. Connect one end of the cable to the vehicle and the other end to the charging station.
To stop charging, press the vehicle unlock button on the physical key. Then, unplug the cable from the vehicle and from the charging station. Once charging is complete, stow the cable in the trunk and close the charging flap.
Ending the Trip
At the end of your drive, move the gear lever to the P (Parking) position and activate the handbrake.
If you do not wish to end the rental yet, take the vehicle key with you and lock the vehicle using the button on the key.
If you want to end the rental, return the vehicle key to its designated spot by inserting the key fob/chip into the box located in the glove compartment on the passenger side. This key box is illuminated with either an orange or green light to make it easier to locate.
Next, lock the vehicle via the Avant2Go app and follow the steps to complete the rental process.
