If you have forgotten your item in the vehicle, you can, provided the vehicle has not already been rented by another person in the meantime, make a free new reservation (in doing so, do not start the engine and also make sure to finish the rental within 5 minutes, otherwise the rental will be charged), which allows you to retrieve forgotten items from the vehicle.

If the vehicle is no longer at the location, notify our Call Center about the lost item.

We will log the missing item and check as soon as possible whether it is still in the vehicle, or whether another user may have already notified us of the find.

If we find the item, we will keep it with us until you pick it up.
