The brand of mobile phone is not important. What matters is only the version of the operating system installed on the device itself. The Avant2Go app is available for newer versions of the iOS and Android operating systems.

A functional internet connection is required for reservation, starting the rental, unlocking/locking the vehicle, and ending the rental (we recommend at least LTE/4G).
