Starting the vehicle

To start the vehicle, press the brake pedal and hold the START/STOP button located on the steering column (on the right side).

Changing gears

All of our vehicles have an automatic transmission – to change gears, simply keep the brake pedal pressed and move the gear lever to the desired position:

P (Park) – use when parking, starting or turning off the vehicle
R (Reverse) – use for reversing
N (Neutral) – use e.g. in a car wash
D (Drive) – use for driving forward

Refueling

Open the fuel filler flap by pulling the lever on the left side of the driver’s seat.

The type of fuel you must use is indicated by a green sticker next to the filler neck – For the Toyota Yaris, it is 95-octane petrol.
